Description

Right now wireshark is unable to parse Global Call Reference. This would come in handy while troubleshooting interoperability of our LCLS implementation against 3rd-party MSC.

This would require modifying be_global_call_ref() in epan/dissectors/packet-gsm_a_bssmap.c in Wireshark sources.
