One of the commands is this:

We see that MEETING_ID=10e07e078472a1876b5c23655123bfd50bc4b187-1705518054974
For a while, I thought MEETING_ID was everything after the dash, so just 1705518054974. Might want to make this clearer by saying MEETING_ID is everything including both sides of the dash. Or by providing an example, like this one. I think the instructions saying just copy it from the URL is unclear.
